How to Export a Print-Ready PDF from Canva

Canva is a popular design tool for flyers, business cards, posters and social media — but exporting a print-ready PDF from Canva requires specific settings that many users overlook. This guide covers everything you need to get a file your print shop will accept.

The Two PDF Types in Canva

Canva offers two PDF download options:

• PDF Standard — optimised for screen and digital sharing. Lower resolution, no bleed, not suitable for professional print.

Canva and CMYK: What You Need to Know
